    120110 - Hoop It Up

    The CSC “Hoop it Up” basketball program is designed to teach participants the core fundamentals of the game in an environment where players can learn and have fun. This program will focus on skills such as: ball handling, passing, shooting, defense, and rebounding. Throughout the week program leaders will also emphasize the important intangibles such as work ethic, commitment and a willingness to learn. The goal is to have your weaknesses on Monday become your strengths on Friday! Each participant will receive a basketball and t-shirt.

    Program Leaders:

    Danielle Gross – Played basketball at Greece Athena and SUNY Delhi. Currently instructs the CSC K-2 program and was recently a coach for AAU.

    Katie Decker - Played basketball at Greece Athena and Niagara University. She was an Assistant Coach at St. Peter’s College and Niagara University and most recently coached Irondequoit Varsity Girls Basketball

    160210 - Friends N Fun Social

    The Friends-N-Fun Program is for adults and youth with special needs, 14 years of age and older. The program runs on Thursday nights but times may vary depending on the activity that is scheduled so please refer to Activities schedule.

    This program is designed to provide participants with an opportunity to be independent, experience recreational and cultural activities while increasing social skills, building self-esteem and becoming more independent through the use of fun group activities.

    Registration is limited to the first 60 participants.

    All activities originate at the CSC, 3 Vince Tofany Blvd., Greece, NY 14612.

    Please Note: All FNF participants being transported on field trips with the CSC need to have a 2017 Transportation Waiver on file at the Center.
